How do I find out your availability?

Send us through a text or email, or alternatively use the form found on our home page. The more info you include, the faster we can make a booking!

Can we do a meet and greet before making a booking?

Yes! We require a meet and greet prior to all bookings to check we are a good fit for each other. In cases a meeting can't take place, i.e. you aren't a Hamilton local, we will endeavor to gather as much info as possible before accepting booking

My pet requires medication or has additional needs such as separation anxiety, do you have experience dealing with this?

We are qualified to administer medication and trained in animal first aid. We have experience with pets of all personality types and requirements and will do our absolute best to accommodate however we will not accept aggressive dogs

Does my dog need to be vaccinated or desexed to attend daycare or boarding?

We require DHPP vaccines. We do not require animals to be desexed but need to be made aware of this before booking. Females on heat will not be accepted.

Can I bring my own dog food?

Of course, just make sure it is clearly marked with dogs name and portion sizes

How long will it take me to hear back after sending enquiry?

Within 24 hours, however in urgent cases please phone and leave a voicemail which will be checked regularly
