Our Story
Kia ora! I'm Ash, sole owner and longtime animal lover with years of experience in kennels, catteries, and doggy daycares. I started Paw-sonal touch Pet sitters because I wanted to offer a more intimate and personal service. I understand that your pets are family, and I strive to create a home-away-from-home experience for them. I want to give pet owners the level of care I would want for myself!
What Makes Us Different?
Paw-sonal touch Petsitters offers the best of both worlds: the personal touch of a small business with the perks of a larger one. We provide everything your pet needs during their stay, from leads and toys to bedding and premium pet food and will go above and beyond whether offering pet transport to vets or performing household tasks during home visits. We aim to have a flexible schedule and can be available at short notice, while providing regular updates and photos for your peace of mind
Our Experience and Passion
After years in the animal industry, I come with vast experience in caring for a wide variety of pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, birds, and chickens and a wealth of knowledge. With formal qualifications I am well versed in animal health and behaviors. I love the unconditional love you feel through cuddles, tail wags, and purrs. Building relationships with owners and their pets is incredibly rewarding, and I love knowing that owners can have peace of mind while they're away, knowing their pets are in amazing hands.
